  • Results Achieved:– Increase understanding of Gemini and Google AI: The training significantly enhanced attendees’ knowledge and skills. For instance, their understanding of Gemini and Google AI improved from a score of 6.4 to 8.4. Additionally, their average score for understanding the Android ecosystem and its features rose from 7.0 to 8.6.
    – Enhance ability to provide customer advice: The training program proved effective in equipping attendees with the necessary skills to support customers. As evidenced by the data, the average score for recommending Android smartphones to customers increased from 8.6 to 9.2, and the ability to recommend Android to customers increased from 8.6 to 9.1.

On December 10, 2024, Duy Luan was a guest speaker at a Samsung training event in Ho Chi Minh City, sharing key insights with Samsung trainers. His presentation focused on:
